1. About Doverse

Doverse is an educational platform designed for children and their parents or legal guardians. Doverse provides learning activities, creative projects, educational videos, portfolios, and other features that help children build confidence, creativity, communication, emotional resilience, financial awareness, and future-ready skills.

2. Parent Responsibility

A parent or legal guardian must create, manage, and supervise every child account. By creating a child profile, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, are the child's parent or legal guardian, and consent to the child's use of Doverse in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Free Access

Doverse may offer free access to basic features, including child profiles, certain activities, portfolio access, parent dashboard features, and other free features made available in the app.

4. Doverse Premium

Doverse may offer optional premium subscriptions that provide access to additional educational content and features. Subscription pricing will be displayed within the app before purchase and may change over time as permitted by applicable law.

5. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel it through the platform where the subscription was purchased.

6. Apple and Google Billing

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Doverse does not process or store payment card information.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Parents may cancel Doverse Premium at any time through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically provide a refund for previous charges unless required by law or the applicable app store policy.

8. Price Changes

Doverse may change subscription pricing in the future. Any required notice or consent for price changes will be handled according to applicable law and Apple or Google platform rules.

9. Child Content

Children may create educational projects, videos, artwork, performances, portfolios, and other creative content using Doverse. Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the platform and reviewing any content shared through the app.

10. Content Rules

Users may not upload, share, or create content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, promotes dangerous activities, infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates these Terms. Doverse may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect users or comply with applicable law.

11. No Direct Messaging

Doverse is designed to limit unsafe communication. Doverse does not allow direct messaging or private messaging between children.

12. Doverse Intellectual Property

All Doverse logos, branding, software, designs, graphics, educational materials, and other platform content are owned by Doverse or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for content created by users, no part of Doverse may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

13. Content License

Parents and children keep ownership of the content they create. By uploading content, you allow Doverse to store, display, process, and use that content only as needed to operate the app and provide its features.

14. Account Removal

Doverse may remove content, suspend access, or close accounts if users violate these Terms, safety rules, or applicable law.

15. Europe Consumer Rights

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may have additional rights under consumer protection and privacy laws, including rights related to subscriptions, cancellation, access, correction, and deletion.

16. Under Construction Features

Some Doverse features may be released in stages, marked as coming soon, under construction, or not yet available. Doverse may update, remove, or change features as the app grows.

17. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Doverse is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide a safe, educational, and reliable platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
